Conditions, pricing basis and activation rules for extended warranty purchased before the standard term expires.
Eligibility
Extended warranty applies to HOLOZ products that have passed project acceptance and are still within the standard warranty period. Complete purchase and installation records are required, with no unauthorised modification or dismantling.
Term and pricing
- Extensions of 2 or 3 years are available, up to three years beyond the standard term.
- Pricing depends on category, quantity and extension length, payable in one instalment on signing.
- The same technical support and spare part supply continue during the extension.
Activation and lookup
The extension starts the day after the standard term ends. Once activated, entering the product serial number in the website warranty lookup shows the updated expiry date.
