Standard warranty terms for HOLOZ PV modules, energy storage, security and professional AV products, including coverage, durations and claim steps.
Coverage
This policy applies to PV modules, energy storage systems, security equipment and professional AV products purchased from HOLOZ or its authorised channels. Warranty starts from the factory dispatch date or the project acceptance date, whichever the contract specifies, and covers material and manufacturing defects.
- PV modules: power degradation and material defects
- Energy storage: cells, BMS and inverter modules
- Security and AV: hosts, lenses and codec modules
Warranty periods

How to claim
- Submit a request with the serial number, fault description and site photos.
- Our engineers respond within one working day for remote confirmation.
- Resolution: remote guidance, part replacement, repair or factory inspection.
Limitation of liability
This policy covers repair or replacement of the product only. It excludes installation labour, transport and indirect losses such as downtime. The Chinese version prevails in case of discrepancy.
