Exclusions and Limitations
Situations that are not covered by the warranty (draft, confirm before publishing).
Situations not covered
- Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, lightning strikes or abnormal grid conditions.
- Faults caused by installation that does not follow the manual, or operation beyond rated conditions.
- Unauthorised dismantling, modification or use of non-original parts.
- Products beyond the warranty period, or without valid proof of purchase.
Unauthorised changes
Any unauthorised change to firmware, structure or electrical parameters voids the warranty for the whole unit.
Force majeure
Where force majeure prevents us from performing warranty obligations, we will assist with an assessment and offer a paid repair solution.
